The process begins at harvest — carried out either by hand or mechanically, depending on the vineyard — and continues with carefully managed fermentations, temperature control, and techniques that ensure balance and character in every wine.

Our winery is located in San Martín, at the heart of San Juan’s wine country.

Originally conceived as a family-run project, it has evolved into a modern facility designed to support the quality we pursue in our vineyards.

With a total capacity of up to three million liters and an annual production of around 1.5 million liters, we work by combining traditional practices with contemporary technology.
